Terms Of Service
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only, pfp, ect. ect. (not for selling or stuff like that)
- I require at least 50% of the payment upfront and the rest after i send the rough sketch
- 2-3 rough sketches are allowed with 2 minor changes and 1 major change (position)
-money will only be refunded at the rough sketch phase, no refunds past that
- As the client you have full ownership of the image you buy, but please be sure to credit me as an artist. Removing my signature is strictly prohibited.
- I , as the artist, reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for self promotion (social medias portfolio, prints). If you want to keep your commission private, ask me about the rates.
- All clients requesting a commission must be age 15 or older, and if this is falsified, they will be blocklisted.
- Don’t use your commission for NFT purposes.
- Don’t use your commission in any AI generators.
